To ensure that we’re always staying true to our own values, we have a checklist to help us determine what contracts we'll take on. Any work we go after must be in line with at least one of the four broad values outlined below:

• Efficient Government: We want the government to work in the most efficient means possible. We support work that makes life better for residents.
• Human Life: We value human life — all lives. Just as a physician has a duty to help patients whether or not they agree with how they behave, we want our software to support life. Even if we may or may not support the cause or organization a person is affiliated with, their life matters.
• Quality Living: We want our healthcare, educational, immigration, and other social services to be more efficient and effective for everyone.
• Social Justice: We want equity to exist across the board, so that all persons have equal rights and opportunities.
